In the event that the contractor does not complete its obligations in a satisfactory manner, Renovantage will step in to assign another contractor and will use the Performance Guarantee to pay any additional expenses up to $25,000 that may be necessary.

Our Dispute Resolutions Services offer a shared-cost mediator and/or arbitrator (a licensed engineer or architect knowledgeable in renovations), who will work to settle the dispute in a fair and timely manner.
